There’s nothing worse than coming home from a trip and feeling like your health is ten steps back because you’re completely off your health routine. If you know me you know I don’t mess around with my supplement game and figuring out how to make everything packable has been a work in progress.

The majority of snacks I bring are for long travel days because finding healthy snacks at the airport is far and few between so I like to be prepped for a flight. When I get to the destination I’ll 100% indulge in the food we find in various cities, it’s just nice to have grab & go options for when you don’t have time to stop.
