Cherry season is upon us! It’s my favorite time of year to stroll around new parks and neighborhoods and neighborhoods watching the little pink petals float around the sky. The best spots I’ve found to walk around or have a picnic in the cherry blossoms are:

  1. The Quad at UW: I think this is the best location when it comes to volume of trees all blooming at the same time, however it’s on the universities campus so it does stay fairly busy all the time!
  2. The Arboretum
  3. Green lake Park: fun to walk the loop around the lake and take them in.
  4. Seward Park
  5. Sunset Hill Park: There are beautiful cherry blossom lined streets in neighborhoods nearby the park, so you can walk around then watch the sunset at the park.. this does not disappoint!
